Is it possible to replace the Joomla contact form with Visforms?
No, that doesn’t work.
Joomla’s own Contacts component
Joomla has its own extensive component Contacts. This Joomla component Contacts has many possibilities and includes a lot of its own logic.
The many options include:
- Contacts,
- Categories,
- Fields,
- Field groups.
The Joomla contact form itself is only a small part of this extensive component. So it cannot simply be replaced with a Visform form.
