Options for processing form data
There are numerous options for further processing the user data submitted with the form in the backend and frontend.
Note: Some of these features are part of the Visforms Subscription and are not included in the free Visforms version.
Send emails
You can use Visforms to send different emails at different times.
This means in detail:
- After submitting the formulas:
- Result email to you (administrator).
- User email to the form sender.
- Result email to Option-dependent mail recipients (Visforms Subscription Feature).
- After editing data in the frontend (Visforms Subscription Feature):
- Edit email to you (administrator).
- Edit email to the form sender.
- Add any email attachments (Visforms Subscription Feature):
- Formatted email content as a PDF file.
- Submitted form data as CSV file.
- Any number of other file attachments.
Further processing without storage
Even without saving the form data in a Visforms data table for the respective form, the transferred data can be further processed in the backend.
- In the email.
- In the success message.
