Visual clues
There are visual clues in the configuration to identify where Visforms placeholders can be used.
Note: Some of these features are part of the Visforms Subscription and are not included in the free Visforms version.
Formattable texts
Note: The placeholders can also be inserted manually.
For formattable free texts, you can identify the possibility of using placeholders by the entry Visforms placeholders in the CMS content menu of the TinyMCE editor.
Text-like options
Note: The placeholders must be inserted manually.
For configuration options, there are markers for all fields that allow placeholders:
- Template gray field background
- A ${.} symbol in the padding border of the configuration field on the right.
